Deposits are processed instantly in most cases, with funds appearing in your Account balance within seconds of transaction confirmation. tokwin does not charge any fees for deposits, though your bank or payment provider may impose their own transaction fees.
All deposits must be made from a payment source that is registered in your own name. Third-party deposits (payments made from another person's account) are strictly prohibited and will result in the funds being returned and your account being suspended pending investigation. This policy is in place to prevent money laundering and fraud.
All transactions on tokwin are conducted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). If you deposit funds from a payment source denominated in a different currency, your bank or payment provider will apply their standard foreign exchange rates and may charge conversion fees. tokwin is not responsible for any currency conversion costs or exchange rate fluctuations.
You may request a withdrawal of your available Account balance at any time, subject to the following conditions:
Standard withdrawals are processed within 5-15 minutes during business hours (08:00-22:00 WIB). VIP Gold, Platinum, and Diamond members receive priority processing with faster turnaround times. Withdrawals requested during off-peak hours may take up to 1 hour but are typically completed much faster.
tokwin reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing a withdrawal, particularly for large amounts or if we detect unusual betting patterns. We may also conduct routine security checks to prevent fraud and money laundering. In such cases, withdrawals may be delayed until our review is complete.
tokwin may refuse to process a withdrawal if: (a) your account has not completed KYC verification; (b) we suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or violation of these Terms; (c) you have outstanding wagering requirements on claimed bonuses; (d) your account is under investigation for terms violations; or (e) we are required to withhold funds by law enforcement or regulatory authorities.
tokwin offers various bonuses and promotions including welcome bonuses, deposit bonuses, cashback, and special promotions ("Bonuses"). All Bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions that will be clearly stated at the time the Bonus is offered. By claiming a Bonus, you agree to be bound by the applicable Bonus terms.
Unless otherwise stated, all Bonuses are subject to wagering requirements, which means you must wager a specified multiple of the Bonus amount (and in some cases the deposit amount) before you can withdraw any winnings derived from the Bonus. Wagering requirements vary by Bonus and will be clearly stated in the Bonus terms. Different games contribute different percentages toward wagering requirements: slots typically contribute 100%, live casino games contribute 10-20%, and some table games may be excluded entirely.
Bonuses are intended for recreational players only. tokwin reserves the right to cancel any Bonus, void associated winnings, and close your account if we determine that you have engaged in Bonus abuse, which includes but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same Bonus multiple times, using betting patterns designed solely to clear wagering requirements with minimal risk (e.g., betting on all outcomes of an event), or using the Bonus in a manner inconsistent with normal recreational gambling patterns.
You may only have one active Bonus at a time unless otherwise stated. Bonuses cannot be combined with other promotions unless explicitly permitted. All Bonuses have expiration dates, typically 30 days from the date of activation, after which any unused Bonus funds and associated winnings will be forfeited.
All bets placed on tokwin are final and cannot be canceled or amended once confirmed, except in cases where we identify a clear error (such as an incorrect odds display due to a technical malfunction). tokwin reserves the right to void any bet if we determine that: (a) the bet was placed after the relevant event had already started or concluded; (b) the bet was placed with knowledge of the outcome (past-posting); (c) the displayed odds or lines were clearly incorrect due to a system error; or (d) the bet violates any rule set forth in these Terms.
For sports betting, all bets are settled based on the official result as declared by the relevant governing body or league. If an event is postponed or abandoned, bets will be void and stakes returned unless the event is rescheduled and completed within 48 hours of the original start time, in which case bets will stand. Specific sports and markets may have additional rules, which are available in our betting rules section.
All casino games on tokwin use certified Random Number Generators (RNG) to ensure fair and unbiased outcomes. Game results are determined independently and cannot be influenced by the player or the Platform. Return to Player (RTP) percentages are displayed for each game and represent the theoretical percentage of wagered money that will be paid back to players over millions of game rounds. Actual results in any individual session will vary significantly from the stated RTP.
Togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) bets placed on tokwin are settled based on the official draw results published by the relevant lottery authority (Singapore Pools for Togel Singapore, Hong Kong Jockey Club for Togel Hongkong, etc.). tokwin is not responsible for errors or delays in the publication of official results. Once a draw has been completed and results are confirmed, all bets are final and cannot be disputed.

Violation of any of these prohibitions will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of any account balance and winnings, and potential legal action.
tokwin reserves the right to suspend or close your account at any time if we determine that: (a) you have violated any provision of these Terms; (b) you have engaged in fraudulent or illegal activity; (c) you have provided false or misleading information during registration or KYC verification; (d) your account activity poses a security risk to the Platform or other users; or (e) we are required to do so by law or regulation.
Upon account closure, any remaining balance (excluding forfeited winnings or bonuses) will be returned to you via your verified payment method, minus any outstanding fees or charges. You may also voluntarily close your account at any time by contacting customer support.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, tokwin and its officers, directors, employees, affiliates, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from: (a) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (b) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service; (c) any content obtained from the Service; or (d) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.
In jurisdictions that do not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law. In no event shall tokwin's total liability to you for all damages, losses, and causes of action exceed the amount you have deposited into your account during the six months preceding the event giving rise to liability.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which tokwin is licensed and operates. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the arbitration body designated in our license jurisdiction.
